1. IS MIDAS CHAIN OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

Yes, Midas is currently performing at minimum basic operations. The sales team is working remotely and operating at regular business hours from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. They are ready to take orders and answer any questions you may have.

2. WHAT ACTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE IN REGARDS TO COVID-19 UPDATES?

Midas is actively following all updates from the state and national governments. Employees are working remotely, and have been advised on CDC safety regulations. A small fulfillment team is at Midas headquarters to process shipments. Our building is being sanitized around the clock, and the in-house team is practicing extra safety measures.

3. HOW CAN WE COMMUNICATE WITH MIDAS STAFF MEMBERS WORKING REMOTELY?

5. ARE YOU SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes, in-stock items are available for immediate shipment via our basic fulfillment team.

6. ARE YOU STILL PROCESSING TYPE x MIDAS PERSONALIZATION ORDERS?

We are still taking personalization and engraving orders, and you may contact your account executive to request a rendering. Our production team is also working to fulfill approved renderings and ship these items to you.

7. CAN YOU SEND AN ORDER TO OUR HOME ADDRESS OR DROP SHIP?

Yes, please provide us with a verbal confirmation by phone at (201) 244-1150 and a second confirmation via email at sales@midaschain.com.

8. IF I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO HOLD CAN YOU BUNDLE THEM FOR WHEN I RE-OPEN?

Yes, we will gladly bundle all orders until you are ready to receive them.
